This offering consists of two parts:
Preparation Class (live zoom): Monday July 15, 6-8:30pm PST
Reiki One Attunement (in-person July 20 or distance): see below for details

Reiki is a healing practice where practitioners channel universal life energy through their hands to encourage physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. This method is founded on the idea that balancing the body's energy can enhance its natural ability to heal.
A Reiki Attunement is a spiritual initiation process in which a Reiki Master channels universal energy into the recipient to open their pathways to facilitate healing.
There are three degrees of Reiki Attunements: Reiki One, Reiki Two, Reiki Three + Master.
This training is for Reiki One.

PREPARATION CLASS
Monday July 15, 6pm-8:30pm PST
Live on Zoom
This class is designed to prepare you for the upcoming Reiki Level One attunement process. This session is required for those wishing to move forward with the attunement.
We will cover:
Reiki One Overview
Energy body basics
Chakra foundations
Preparations for Reiki One attunement
Introduction to the 21 day chakra cleanse post-attunement
Q/A
If you are unable to join the live zoom on July 15, please contact me beforehand to let me know so I can mark you down as an active participant. I will send you the recording to be watched prior to the attunement.
Previous experience or understanding of energy work is unnecessary to participate in the attunement.

REIKI ONE ATTUNEMENT
Based on your location, you will receive an in-person or distance attunement.
(1) IN-PERSON
Saturday July 20, 11am @ Energy of Jade Studio, Santa Barbara CA
Saturday July 20, 6:30pm @ The Crystal Corner, Ojai CA
I personally enjoy doing Reiki attunements in person and in a group. There is power in the prayer when we are in a collective field.
Each person will receive their own individual Reiki One attunement. Even though we are in a group, the attunement is given one by one.
(2) DISTANCE
If you are outside of these areas or July 21 doesn’t work for you, you will receive a distance attunement. Distance attunements have the same effect as in-person. These are an additional fee as they are scheduled individually. Please reach out to love@arunita.co for more detail.

Our process will refer to the book Essential Reiki: A Complete Guide To An Ancient Healing Art by Diane Stein. This book offers extraordinary detail on Reiki healing practices and is an essential component of the teaching. Each participant is asked to purchase their own copy prior to the class.
